Return & Exchange Policy

We’re so confident that your pooch will love their Sleeping Paws products that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you or your pet aren’t completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in unused, like-new condition with no damage, pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, items such as dog beds, travel products, or other personal-use items that show signs of use, soiling, or damage are not eligible for return or refund.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to process your return or exchange.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, not from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@sleepingpaws.com to initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be asked to provide a brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging the item. This helps us improve our products and services.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. 

If approved, your refund will be processed within a specified timeframe, depending on your payment method.

- Credit/Debit Card: Refund sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days.

- PayPal: Refund sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at support@sleepingpaws.com.

Shipping Instructions:

To return a product, contact support@sleepingpaws.com for confirmation before shipping. If returned without confirmation, your refund may be unavailable.

- No restocking fee for product returns.

- Consumers bear the shipping cost for non-quality-related returns.

Return Address:

Contact support@sleepingpaws.com for the correct return address. Do not return products without confirmation via email.

Important Notes:

Once received, verified, and confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement for eligible products.

- All accessories must be new and unopened for refunds.

- Must be in "as new" condition for replacements or refunds.

- Return shipping fees apply; however, faulty/DOA devices may be reimbursed after inspection.
